Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tools, dyes, and leather hides are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a store associate if returning in person.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit within 7-10 business days.
